 ASTM A790 Grade UNS S32760 duplex stainless steel pipe supplied by Hebei k-steel pipe industry is a high-performance super duplex stainless steel pipe designed for extreme corrosion and high-strength applications. This grade features a balanced ferritic-austenitic microstructure (approximately 40–50% ferrite / 50–60% austenite) with added tungsten and copper, which further enhance its resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in aggressive environments. UNS S32760 is available in seamless and welded constructions, offering superior performance compared to standard duplex grades like S31803 and S32205.

Key Features:

1) Superior corrosion resistance, PREN (Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number) typically ≥ 40, significantly higher than standard duplex grades

2) Minimum yield strength ≥ 550 MPa (80 ksi) – approximately 2.5 times that of 316L

3) Outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking (SCC)
